Dexia MA's general issuance policy is to:
- Build a curve of Benchmark issues in euros, and in other currencies,
- Enhance liquidity of Euro Benchmarks through market making,
- Maintain an active presence in international markets,
- Develop the investor base through active communication as well as direct and regular relations
with investors.
